Fanny is from Sweden, the home country of IKEA, and is working as Sustainability Leader in Shanghai, leading the Supply Chain Operation sustainability agenda in Asia Pacific. In her role, she is enabling the business teams to create an IKEA goods flow, serving people and protecting the environment. IKEA Supply Chain Operations aims for zero emission transportation and 100% renewable energy across its operations for all the supply of IKEA products between suppliers and retailers.

Benjamin Tan (also known as Benji) is an ESG Business Development Associate at STACS, a Singaporean ESG Fintech firm partnering the local Monetary Authority of Singapore(MAS) to develop a ESG data registry, ESGpedia. Benji is passionate about sharing the importance of sustainability for corporates and how to kickstart their ESG journey. His experience in sustainability started from working at a hydroponics farm, before ending up at STACS eventually on the topic of ESG finance. He believes that sustainability should be integral in the heart of every corporate and hopes to make the journey a streamlined one for them.
